For the Snap Design Academy internship 2022 I designed an anniversary greeting card. I decided to do a sci-fi theme because I think aliens and alien illustrations are not only cute, but a lot of fun to make. I created this card because I thought it would be adorable to receive and vice versa. 

This alien zooms through the vast, star filled sky in her spaceship to search for the one being who lights up her world. Once they are spotted, she abducts her lovers heart and goes back to her home planet. The human is left in a state of awe yearning for another encounter like the one they had just experienced. Touched by the connection shared with the alien, they find themselves forever changed by the encounter that single handedly transcended the boundaries of their known reality.
